AR CALLER (ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE)

Job Description

AR Caller (Accounts Receivable)
Location: Bellandur
Shift: Fixed Night Shift
Working Days: 5 days working, 2 days off
Salary: Up to ₹42,000 take-home

Job Responsibilities:

Investigate and resolve claim denials, rejections, and underpayments.

Analyze account discrepancies and provide accurate resolutions.

Identify patterns in claim denials and recommend process improvements.

Proactively follow up with insurance providers to ensure timely reimbursement.

Maintain detailed records of all interactions and resolutions.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of AR calling experience in US healthcare.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to handle claim complexities.

Excellent English communication skills (both verbal & written).

Education: PUC or above.

Ability to work efficiently in a fixed night shift.
