Role: Technical Support (Semi-Voice Process)
Salary: Up to 26K Take-home
Experience: Minimum 2+ years
Qualification: PUC and Above
Shift: Rotational Shift
Working Days: 5 days, Saturday and Sunday Fixed Off
Location: ITPL Whitefield
Key Skills:

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage customer expectations and deliver timely solutions

Knowledge of technical issues and solutions related to products/services
