Job Description

Role: Technical Support (Semi Voice Process)

Salary: Up to 30K Take-home

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: Minimum 2+ years in technical support

Key Requirement: Strong problem-solving abilities to effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues faced by customers.

Shift: Rotational Shift

Working Days: 5 days working (Saturday and Sunday fixed off)

Work Location: ITPL Whitefield
