Job Description

Position: AR Caller (Accounts Receivable)
Experience: Minimum 6 months
Qualification: PUC and above
Location: Koramangala
Salary: Up to ₹38,000 take-home
Shifts: US Rotational Shifts
Work Week: 5 working days, 2 fixed days off
Transport: Two-way cabs available (Paid)
Requirements:

Strong problem-solving skills to efficiently resolve customer account issues

Excellent English communication, both verbal and written

Experience in managing accounts receivable processes

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve disputes related to billing and payments

Adaptability to US rotational shifts and managing customer concerns
