Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Senior Operations Analyst to join our team in Brookfield. The successful candidate will spearhead operational improvement initiatives, drive process excellence, and optimize business performance.

Job Details:

– Salary: Upto ₹32,000 Take Home
– Qualification: Graduates
– Experience: Minimum 1.6+ years
– Shift: 7 AM to 4 PM (5 days working, Saturday and Sunday Fixed off)
– Work Location: Brookfield

Key Responsibilities:

– Spearhead operational improvement initiatives, driving process excellence and optimizing business performance.
– Design and implement process enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic imperatives.
– Conduct in-depth analyses of operational data, identifying trends, opportunities, and challenges.
– Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder management, and issue resolution.
– Develop, maintain, and present operational metrics, dashboards, and reports to senior leadership.
