Job Details:
– Salary: Upto ₹25,000 Take Home
– Qualification: PUC and Above
– Experience: Minimum 2+ years
– Shift: Rotational Shift (5 days working, Saturday and Sunday Fixed off)
– Work Location: ITPL Whitefield

Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate solutions.
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
– Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
– Develop and maintain knowledge of products/services to provide expert support.
– Identify and escalate complex customer issues to senior teams.
Required Skills:
– Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with ability to communicate effectively with customers.
– Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
– Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
– Technical: Basic technical knowledge of products/services.
