Job Description

*Job Role:* Technical Support (Semi Voice Process)
*Salary:* Up to 30K take-home per month, based on experience and performance
*Required Qualification:* Graduate in any discipline
*Experience:* A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with hands-on experience in technical support or customer service
*Shifts:* Rotational shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage
*Working Days:* 5 days a week, with fixed off on Saturdays and Sundays
*Work Location:* ITPL Whitefield, Bangalore
