Job Opportunity: AR Caller (Accounts Receivable)

Problem-Solving Abilities Required
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AR Caller to join our team. As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to collect outstanding payments, resolve billing discrepancies, and provide excellent customer service.

*Job Description*
As an AR Caller, you will be required to possess strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex billing discrepancies and customer complaints. You will need to analyze customer accounts, identify issues, and provide solutions to ensure timely payment.

*Key Responsibilities*
1. Make outbound calls to customers to collect outstanding payments.
2. Resolve billing discrepancies and address customer concerns.
3. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Maintain accurate records and reports on collection activities and customer interactions.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve collection processes.

*Requirements*
1. Minimum 6 months of experience in AR Calling.
2. PUC and above qualification.
3. Excellent English communication skills.
4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet collection targets.
