Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support professional to join our team. As a Customer Support representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers through various channels (phone, email, chat).
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide customer support and assistance via phone, email, and chat.
2. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
4. Maintain accurate records and reports on customer interactions.

Requirements
1. PUC and above qualification.
2. Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer support.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Ability to work in a rotational shift environment.
