Job Description
As a Technical Support representative, you will utilize your exceptional problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolutions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues via phone, email, and chat.
2. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues.
3. Provide technical assistance and support to customers.
4. Maintain accurate records and reports on customer interactions.
5. Meet and exceed performance metrics and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements
1. PUC and above qualification.
2. Minimum 2+ years of experience in technical support.
3. Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work in a rotational shift environment.
