Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct in-depth analyses of operational data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for process enhancements
– Develop and implement strategic process improvements to drive business efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution
– Design and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to inform business decisions
