Customer Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-centric Customer Support Specialist to join our team in ITPL Whitefield. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer inquiries, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Job Details:

– Salary: Upto ₹24,000 Take Home
– Qualification: PUC and Above
– Experience: Minimum 2+ years
– Shift: Rotational Shift (5 days working and 2 rotational offs)
– Work Location: ITPL Whitefield
– Benefits: Quarterly Bonus and attractive incentives available

Key Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate solutions.
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
– Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
– Develop and maintain knowledge of products/services to provide expert support.
– Identify and escalate complex customer issues to senior teams.

Required Skills:

– Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with ability to communicate effectively with customers.
– Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
– Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
