Multilingual Customer Support Representative
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Support team. As a Customer Support representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and chat.

Job Description
As a multilingual Customer Support representative, you will be responsible for providing support to customers in multiple languages. You will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in multiple languages.
2. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
4. Maintain accurate records and reports on customer interactions.
5. Meet and exceed performance metrics and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements
1. PUC and above qualification.
2. Fluency in English and one or more additional languages.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
