We’re seeking an AR Caller with exceptional problem-solving skills to join our team. As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for resolving complex accounts receivable issues, negotiating with customers, and ensuring timely payment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Analyze and resolve complex accounts receivable issues.
2. Negotiate payment terms and settlements with customers.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting discrepancies.
4. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
5. Meet and exceed performance metrics.

Requirements
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable or related field.
2. PUC and above education.
3. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
