Job Description
We are seeking an experienced AR Caller to join our team. As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for managing and resolving outstanding invoices, following up with customers, and ensuring timely payment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and resolve outstanding invoices and customer disputes.
2. Follow up with customers via phone, email, or other communication channels.
3. Negotiate payment terms and settlements with customers.
4. Maintain accurate records and reports on accounts receivable.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting discrepancies.

Requirements
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable or related field.
2. PUC and above education.
3. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
