Experience: Minimum 2+ years in customer support
Job Description: We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Semi-Voice Process) who is adaptable and can work in rotational shifts while enjoying the flexibility of managing work hours effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve customer inquiries through semi-voice channels
Offer solutions to customer queries and ensure satisfaction
Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively
Shift Details:
Rotational Shifts
5 working days with fixed weekends off (Saturday and Sunday)
Location: ITPL Whitefield
