Role: Customer Support
Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹27,000 Take Home
Qualification: PUC and Above
Work Location: Brookfield
Shift: Rotational UK Shift
Working Days: 5 Days (2 Days Off)
Transport: One-way cab available (Two-way chargeable)

Job Responsibilities:

Provide customer support in multiple languages, including English and one additional language (e.g., Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, etc.).

Respond to customer queries through calls, emails, and chats in the preferred language.

Resolve technical and non-technical issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and efficiency in handling customer interactions.

Requirements:

Proficiency in English and one additional language (e.g., Hindi, Kannada, Tamil).

PUC or above qualification.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in rotational shifts.
