Job Description

Job Title: AR Caller (Accounts Receivable)

Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
Salary: Up to ₹38,000 Take Home
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months experience in Accounts Receivable
Qualification: PUC and Above
Shift: US Rotational Shift
Working Days: 5 Days (2 Weekly Offs)
Cab Facility: Two-way cabs available (Paid)

Role and Responsibilities:

Handle customer accounts receivable inquiries and follow-ups in multiple languages.

Manage communications in English and other languages to ensure timely payment collections.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in multiple languages.

Provide high-level customer support and ensure resolution of account issues efficiently.

Collaborate with internal teams to address cross-lingual customer queries.

Skills Required:

Fluency in English and at least one other language (e.g., Hindi, Kannada, Tamil).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail in managing accounts across languages.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse customer needs.
