Job Details:

– Salary: Upto ₹32,000 Take Home
– Qualification: Graduates
– Experience: Minimum 1.6+ years
– Shift: 7 AM to 4 PM
– Working Days: 5 days working, Saturday and Sunday Fixed off
– Work Location: Brookfield

Key Responsibilities:

– Conduct in-depth analyses of operational data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for process enhancements
– Develop and implement strategic process improvements to drive business efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution
– Design and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to inform business decisions
– Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of operational processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards

Required Skills:

– Analytical Expertise: Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
– Operational Acumen: Experience in analyzing and improving operational processes, with strong understanding of business operations and process optimization
– Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
– Collaboration: Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
– Technical: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, with ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
