Job Details:

– Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹32,000 Take Home
– Qualification: Graduates
– Experience: Min 1.6+ Years (Graduate Freshers can apply)
– Shift: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM
– Working Days: 5 days working, Saturday and Sunday Fixed off
– Work Location: Brookfield

Key Responsibilities:

– Analyze operational data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for process enhancements
– Develop and implement process improvements to drive business efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues
– Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
– Develop and maintain documentation of operational processes and procedures

Required Skills:

– Data Analysis: Strong data analysis skills, with ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
– Process Improvement: Experience in analyzing and improving operational processes
– Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Collaboration: Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
– Technical: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
