Job Title: Customer Support
Location: ITPL, Whitefield
Shift: Rotational Shift (5 days working, 2 rotational offs)
Salary: Up to 24K Take Home (with Quarterly Bonus and Attractive Incentives)
Qualification:
PUC and above
Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver an outstanding customer experience by providing personalized support.
Ensure customers feel valued and heard by addressing their concerns with care and attention.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries quickly and professionally.
Offer proactive suggestions for customers to enhance their overall experience with the company.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with relevant teams to improve service offerings.
