Job Description

Customer Support (Semi-Voice Process)
Location: ITPL, Whitefield
Shift: Rotational Shift (5 days working, Saturday and Sunday fixed off)
Salary: Up to 25K Take Home (with Quarterly Bonus and Attractive Incentives)

Qualification:

PUC and above
Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Provide proactive support by offering product recommendations and helpful solutions.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every customer interaction.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and that they are satisfied with the service.
Collect and report feedback to enhance overall service quality and customer satisfaction.
