Job Description

Job Title: Technical Support (Semi Voice Process)
Location: ITPL, Whitefield
Shift: Rotational Shift (5 days working, Saturday and Sunday fixed off)
Salary: Up to 30K Take Home (with Quarterly Bonus and Attractive Incentives)

Qualification:

Graduate
Minimum 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
Fluency in English and [another language, e.g., Spanish, French, German, etc.] is required
Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to customers in English and [second language], ensuring clear and effective communication across diverse regions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in multiple languages, ensuring customers feel understood and supported.
Assist international customers with technical queries and guide them through troubleshooting processes.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in both languages, ensuring all cases are logged properly.
Foster an inclusive, customer-centric experience for users from different linguistic backgrounds.
