Job Title: Senior Operations Analyst
Location: Brookfield
Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (5 days a week, Fixed Saturday and Sunday Off)
Salary: Up to 32K Take Home (with Attractive Incentives)

Qualification:

Graduate degree (any discipline)
Minimum 1.6 years of experience in operations or related fields
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and troubleshoot operational inefficiencies, proposing data-driven solutions.
Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements to streamline operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex operational problems.
Continuously evaluate and adapt processes to improve overall efficiency.
Contribute innovative ideas to enhance operational strategies.
