Job Title: Operations Analyst
Location: Brookfield
Shift: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM (5 days a week, Fixed Saturday and Sunday Off)
Salary: Up to 19K – 32K Take Home (with Attractive Incentives)

Qualification:

Graduate degree (any discipline)
Graduate fresher or minimum 1.6 years of experience in operations or related field
Key Responsibilities:

Identify inefficiencies and operational bottlenecks, recommending and implementing effective solutions.
Collaborate with other teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly.
Analyze operational data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
Develop and propose strategies to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes.
Continuously assess workflows to proactively solve problems before they arise.
