Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support (Semi-Voice Process)
Location: ITPL, Whitefield
Shift: Rotational Shift (5 days working, Saturday and Sunday fixed off)
Salary: Up to 25K Take Home (with Quarterly Bonus and Attractive Incentives)

Qualification:

PUC and above
Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
Key Responsibilities:

Resolve customer issues and complaints through effective troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
Use critical thinking to address customer concerns and identify root causes for recurring issues.
Provide clear, actionable solutions and guide customers through the steps for resolution.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department while ensuring timely resolution.
Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions for future reference and continuous improvement.
