5 days working and 2 rotational offs

Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver exceptional customer support through multiple channels.
2. Resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently and professionally.
3. Utilize knowledge bases and resources to address customer queries.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
5. Consistently meet or exceed customer satisfaction and resolution targets.
Requirements
1. Minimum PUC qualification; graduate degree preferred.
2. 2+ years of experience in customer support.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.
5. Ability to work in a rotational shift environment.
