Job Description

Job Title: Technical Support (Semi Voice Process)
Location: ITPL, Whitefield
Shift: Rotational Shift (5 days working, Saturday and Sunday fixed off)
Salary: Up to 30K Take Home (with Quarterly Bonus and Attractive Incentives)

Qualification:

Graduate
Minimum 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
Key Responsibilities:

Resolve customer issues by troubleshooting technical problems and providing effective solutions.
Identify and analyze recurring technical issues, providing feedback for product improvement.
Communicate with customers in a clear, structured way, offering step-by-step resolutions.
Ensure that all issues are fully resolved on the first contact, improving customer satisfaction.
Keep track of case statuses and follow up to ensure timely closure.
