Job Title: Technical Support (Semi Voice Process)
Location: ITPL, Whitefield
Shift: Rotational Shift (5 days working, Saturday and Sunday fixed off)
Salary: Up to 30K Take Home (with Quarterly Bonus and Attractive Incentives)

Qualification:

Graduate
Minimum 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
Key Responsibilities:

Effectively communicate with customers via semi-voice (phone/chat) channels to resolve technical issues.
Use clear and concise language to explain complex technical solutions in an easy-to-understand way.
Provide step-by-step troubleshooting assistance and guide customers to resolve their issues.
Maintain a professional and empathetic tone to ensure a positive customer experience.
Accurately document all technical issues and solutions provided for future reference.
