# Requirements
1. Minimum PUC qualification; graduate degree preferred.
2. 2+ years of experience in customer support.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.
5. Ability to work in a rotational shift environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
