job Title: Technical Support (Semi Voice Process)
Location: ITPL, Whitefield
Shift: Rotational Shift (5 days working, Saturday and Sunday fixed off)
Salary: Up to 26K Take Home (with Quarterly Bonus and Attractive Incentives)
Qualification:
PUC and above
Minimum 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clear and effective communication to customers experiencing technical issues.
Address technical inquiries, guide customers through troubleshooting steps, and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain a professional and empathetic tone when explaining technical information.
Customize communication to suit the customer’s understanding of technology.
Accurately document each customer interaction and solution provided.
