Job Title: Customer Support (Semi-Voice Process)
Location: ITPL, Whitefield
Shift: Rotational Shift (5 days working, Saturday and Sunday fixed off)
Salary: Up to 25K Take Home (with Quarterly Bonus and Attractive Incentives)
Qualification:
PUC and above
Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers over semi-voice (phone and chat) channels.
Address customer concerns with empathy, active listening, and a professional tone.
Ensure smooth and consistent communication, providing accurate and timely information.
Adapt your communication style based on the customer’s preferences to enhance their experience.
Maintain clear documentation of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
