Job Description
We are seeking a multilingual AR Caller to join our team. As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for managing and resolving outstanding invoices, following up with customers, and ensuring timely payment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and resolve outstanding invoices and customer disputes.
2. Follow up with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
3. Negotiate payment terms and settlements with customers.
4. Maintain accurate records and reports on accounts receivable.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting discrepancies.
Requirements
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable or related field.
2. PUC and above education.
3. Fluency in English and one or more Indian languages (Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, etc.).
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
