Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
1. Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
2. Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
3. Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers and candidates.
4. Extend job offers and negotiate salary packages with selected candidates.
5. Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment metrics and candidate pipelines.

Requirements
1. Relevant degree in HR or related field.
2. 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
5. Proficient in recruitment software and Microsoft Office.
