We’re looking for a tech-savvy Technical Customer Support Representative to provide technical support to our customers. Strong technical skills and knowledge of software applications are required.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
– Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them in a timely manner
– Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
– Stay up-to-date with new software releases and technical developments

– PUC and above qualification
