We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team! As an HR Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent.

Responsibilities:

– Source and screen potential candidates
– Coordinate interviews and assessments
– Build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
– Manage job postings and recruitment campaigns
– Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize strategies

Job Details:

Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month (take-home, based on interview performance)
– Shift Timings: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (Monday to Saturday)
– Work Location:_ Kormangala 4th Block
– Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Fixed Sunday Off)
– Benefits: Weekly and monthly incentives
