Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-centric Customer Support Specialist to join our team in ITPL Whitefield. The successful candidate will provide expert-level support to customers, resolve complex issues, and contribute to process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction.
Job Details:
– Salary: Upto ₹24,000 Take Home
– Experience: Minimum 2+ years
– Qualification: PUC and Above
– Shift: Rotational Shift (5 days working, 2 rotational offs)
– Work Location: ITPL Whitefield

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide expert-level support to customers via multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media)
– Resolve complex customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, sales, etc.) to resolve customer issues and improve processes
– Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes that enhance customer satisfaction
– Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products/services to provide expert support
Required Skills:

– Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Technical: Basic technical knowledge of products/services
