Salary: Up to 26K Take Home
Minimum 2+ Years Experience
Qualification: PUC and Above
Shift: Rotational Shift
5 Days Working (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)
Location: ITPL Whitefield
Note: Quarterly Bonus and Attractive Incentives Available

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support in multiple languages, assisting a diverse customer base.
Offer bilingual assistance through phone support, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.
Adjust communication style based on customer language and cultural context.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction across different language groups.
Preferred Skills:

Fluency in [Specify Language] and English, with the ability to switch between languages seamlessly.
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken formats.
Experience in providing technical support in multilingual environments is a plus.
