Job Description

Salary: Up to 26K Take Home
Minimum 2+ Years Experience
Qualification: PUC and Above
Shift: Rotational Shift
5 Days Working (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)
Location: ITPL Whitefield
Note: Quarterly Bonus and Attractive Incentives Available

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to the customer’s service.
Identify root causes of problems and provide comprehensive solutions to prevent future issues.
Handle technical queries and escalate issues when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
Preferred Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical problems.
A methodical approach to troubleshooting and critical thinking.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining focus on delivering effective solutions.
