We are seeking an experienced and organized HR Coordinator to provide administrative support to our HR department in Kormangala 4th Block. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the development of our HR initiatives.
Job Details:
– Salary: Upto ₹18,000 Take Home during probation
– Experience: Minimum 6 Months
– Shift: Day Shift
– Working Days: Monday to Saturday
– Sunday: Fixed off
– Work Location: Kormangala 4th Block
– Benefits: Weekly and Monthly Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks
– Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures
– Manage employee data, including maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records and reports
– Assist with employee engagement and retention initiatives, promoting a positive work environment and enhancing employee satisfaction
– Coordinate training and development programs, ensuring effective delivery and evaluation
Required Skills:
– HR Administration: Proven experience in HR administration, including data entry, record-keeping, and compliance
– Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
