Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team in ITPL Whitefield. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Job Details:
– Salary: Upto ₹25,000 Take Home
– Qualification: PUC and Above
– Experience: Minimum 2+ years
– Shift: Rotational Shift
– Working Days: 5 days working, Saturday and Sunday Fixed off
– Work Location: ITPL Whitefield

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
– Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
– Document customer interactions and resolutions
– Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
