Salary: Up to 30K Take Home
Qualification: Graduate
Min 2+ Years Experience
Shift: Rotational Shift
5 Days Working (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)
Location: ITPL Whitefield
Note: Quarterly Bonus and Attractive Incentives Available

Key Responsibilities:

Adapt to flexible working hours and shifts to meet customer demands.
Provide technical support during varying hours, ensuring seamless assistance for global customers.
Manage work-life balance effectively by navigating across different shift schedules.
Address technical queries with precision, irrespective of time zones.
Preferred Skills:

Ability to work in rotational shifts, including late-night and early morning shifts.
High adaptability and willingness to adjust working hours as needed.
Effective time management skills to maintain performance across shifts.
