Job Description

Role: Technical Support (Semi Voice Process)
Salary: Up to 30K Take Home
Qualification: Graduate
Min 2+ Years Experience
Shift: Rotational Shift
5 Days Working (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)
Location: ITPL Whitefield
Note: Quarterly Bonus and Attractive Incentives Available

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues by applying strong problem-solving techniques.
Provide timely and effective solutions to customers while ensuring minimal disruption to their service.
Analyze complex technical problems and offer creative solutions that meet customers’ needs.
Deliver high-quality support for both routine and complex technical queries.
Preferred Skills:

Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to think critically and find solutions in high-pressure situations.
Strong focus on customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution.
