We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Koramangala 4th Block. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to meet our organization’s hiring needs.

Job Details:

– Salary: Upto ₹15,000 Take Home (based on interview performance)
– Shift Timings: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
– Working Days: Monday to Saturday
– Sunday: Fixed off
– Work Location: Koramangala 4th Block
– Incentives: Weekly and Monthly Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

– Source, screen, and select top talent to meet hiring needs
– Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate communications
– Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks
– Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding process

Required Skills:

– Talent Acquisition: Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent
– Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
– Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple openings, and meet deadlines
– Technical: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, MS Office, and social media recruitment tools
– Analytical: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics, identify trends, and optimize recruitment strategies
