Provide solutions to inbound technical and service-related inquiries
Collaborate with tech teams for quick resolution of complaints
Process part orders and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction
???? Qualifications:

Experience: 1-3 years in call center/customer service operations
Systems Knowledge: Proficient with CRM tools
