⏲ Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Monday – Friday)
🚗 Cab Service: 2-way cab within 12 KM
💸 Salary Package: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 CTC
📝 Job Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve inbound customer inquiries
Collaborate with technical teams to address and fix issues
Manage part orders and enhance customer satisfaction
🎓 Qualifications:
Experience: 1-3 years in call center/customer service roles
CRM knowledge is a must
