???? Job Responsibilities:

Respond to and resolve inbound customer inquiries
Collaborate with technical teams to address and fix issues
Manage part orders and enhance customer satisfaction
???? Qualifications:

Experience: 1-3 years in call center/customer service roles
CRM knowledge is a must
