Position: Senior Operations Analyst – Global Insurance

Take the lead in optimizing international insurance operations. We are looking for enthusiastic graduates and undergraduates (non-engineering, non-PG) eager to contribute to operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Streamline operational processes for better efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve workflows.
• Create and present performance analytics reports.
• Assist in project management activities to meet deadlines.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and recommend solutions.

Eligibility:

• Graduates/undergraduates in non-engineering disciplines.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel; insurance experience is a bonus.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary up to ₹30,000 TH (based on prior salary).
• Fixed weekends off, and company-provided transportation.
