๐ฃ Language Proficiency: Fluent English communication
๐ผ Experience: Minimum 1 year in International Voice Support
๐ฐ Salary Structure:
CTC: Up to โน28,000
Take Home: โน24,000
โฐ Working Hours:
Schedule: Rotational Shifts, 5 days working + 2 rotational offs
๐ Cab Service: 2-way transportation provided
๐ Interview Rounds:
1๏ธโฃ HR Round: Initial screening discussion
2๏ธโฃ Versant Test: English proficiency test (minimum score: 60)
3๏ธโฃ Operations Round: Final evaluation
๐ Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional support to US-based customers for Etihad Airlines
Manage inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
๐ค Candidate Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in International Voice Process
Strong English communication skills
