Analyst – International Insurance Operations

Role Summary:
We are seeking an Analyst for our international insurance operations. This role is suitable for graduates and undergraduates (non-engineering, non-PG) with up to four years of experience and exceptional English communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with various teams to enhance processes.
• Prepare detailed reports on operational performance.
• Support project planning and execution to meet goals.
• Troubleshoot operational issues to ensure seamless service.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/undergraduate candidates (non-engineering, non-PG).
• Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Insurance industry exposure is preferred but not mandatory.
