Operations Analyst – Global Insurance Projects

Job Overview:
Join our team as an Operations Analyst to support our international insurance project. This role is ideal for non-engineering graduates and undergraduates with strong English communication skills and up to 4 years of experience.

Key Duties:

• Review operational workflows and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with various teams to execute best practices.
• Develop and present reports on key operational metrics.
• Support project delivery by ensuring timelines are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational inefficiencies.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate (non-engineering, non-PG).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Insurance experience is an added advantage.

Compensation and Perks:

• Salary up to ₹30,000 per month.
• Fixed weekends off (Saturday & Sunday).
• Free two-way transportation services.

Shift Details:

• Rotational shifts available, ranging from 7:00 AM to 5:30 AM.
